During April 11th-14th, NEWYES have attended HK Electronics Fair in Hong Kong AisaWorld-Expo. It was considered as the biggest consumer electronics fair in Asia, which attracted a lot of worldwide buyers to come. Visitors could find home & outdoor, and automotive electronics there-video games, intelligent digital products, electronic components and smart electronic products. We brought our classic hot-seller writing boards there and launched our new products series as well. We have made a series of videos to display how to use our LCD writing board, smart notebook and smart pen, in order to let the buyers know more about the application scenes of our products. And this proved a great success.
Before attending the Fair, we have payed much attention to the poster design of this fair, in order to highlight our new products and hot-sellers. We launched the new smart pen and intelligent digital board placed in the most conspicuous position, because they both could been seen as updated versions of our regular products, and our R&D department has also provided companion app for clients to download to save and share notes. This time we were planning to expand our market worldwide and trying hard to seek cooperation with global agents. We were glad that so many visitors are interested in our products, some of them even bought samples back to display to their clients and offer us their name cards for further contact. We had to say that the intuitive videos and focused posters were really helpful to promote our products.
In order to get access to more clients, our Business to Business department colleagues have made a lot of preparations for this fair. Before attending the Fair, they sent invitations to our old and potential customers, informing them our booth number and our new products. According to the special requirements of each market, they came up a scheme of product samples for this fair. Our sales manager Fancy, together with Rachel and Phoebe, set off to the fair at Apr.10th., with the primary goal to attract new customers, and participate in some brand marketing. This time we chose to showcase our classic lcd writing boards, with different appearance designs, and we highly introduced our new products to our visitors: smart pen, intelligent digital board, powerbank smart notebook(wireless charger), partially erasable writing board and transparent screen writing board. As these items were not shown in the fair before, many buyers were interested and excited to get an up close and personal trial of the variety lcd boards we offered
It was a success. Fancy met her customer from Norway, who was very glad to see our new products and would like to discuss more about the further cooperation. Rachel met her customer from Hong Kong, who had bought several samples to display to his clients, and would consider large quantity purchasing later after testing. We also had many customers from around the world, for example Poland, France, Netherlands, Brazil. It was exciting that one customer was looking for lcd writing board for the local schools, and he thought our products would be a perfect solution to help the students write down notes, do arithmetic, and save paper! We were glad to see that many clients agree with our statement “Making the world paperless”, and they also tried to contribute their own efforts to maintain the environment.
By the end of the fair, we have reached out a significant number of customers, and our sales were busy following up to offer our support. Through this fair, we not only had a huge number of visitors flow, but also spread the fame of our brand and the statement of our company. Now we are very excitedly looking forward to next year’s fair. And we are confident that we will still bring something new to you. Hope to see you again next time at NEWYES Booth!
